Nicole Staska has been at Montessori Center School since 2008 and is a co-head teacher in Gold Door. Nicole has a bachelor's degree in education from Florida Atlantic University and a multi-subject elementary education teaching credential. Nicole has an infant/toddler Montessori credential from the Center for Montessori Education in New York.
JoAnn Serpa has been at MCS since 1989 and head teacher of Navy Door since 2002. She has a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an Early Childhood Credential from the American Montessori Society San Francisco Bay Area Teacher Education Center.
Kimberly Sanchez is the assistant teacher in Green Door. She holds a B.A. in sociology with a minor in education, teacher preparation track from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Before coming to MCS, Kimberly worked in education, youth development and after school programming.
Emily Stratton is the assistant teacher in Brown Door East. She has a B.A. in theater and dance from Westmont College. Emily has taught youth dance and physical education and works as a personal trainer. Before coming to MCS, Emily was a teaching assistant for a 5th grade classroom in North Carolina.
Julianne Stibbe is part of the elementary after school care team. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of California in Santa Barbara. Before coming to MCS, she worked as a behavioral interventionist and a music instructor.
