Fund for MCS

What is The Fund for MCS?

The Fund for MCS is our Annual Giving Campaign which raises unrestricted funds that will ensure we are able to meet annual operating expenses.  MCS relies on gifts of all sizes to bridge the gap between what tuition covers, and the cost to run the quality Montessori program that we successfully strive to provide for our students. The current “gap” between tuition and the actual cost of an MCS education is $2,300 per student.  Your contribution makes certain that our outstanding education programs, and careful investments in our faculty and facilities, continue to strengthen for years to come.

Is it really important to support The Fund for MCS every single year?

Yes! Consistent giving is important to the annual financial stability of your children’s school. MCS relies on gifts from generous donors like you to offer exceptional enrichment classes, enhance the outdoor environment, purchase essential classroom materials, and contribute to financial aid that increases school diversity.

How much should I give?

Give a little or give a lot – whatever is most comfortable to your family. The dollar amount is not as important as reaching 100% parent, board and faculty participation. Every tax-deductible gift makes a difference to the school.  Participation in the Fund for MCS sends a powerful message that you believe in the school’s educational program and our outstanding faculty and staff. Your donation is an investment in your child’s education.

How do I give?

Gifts may be paid by cash, check, credit card, stock transfers, or pledges that may be made payable over the course of the fiscal year.
