Once a year, the local community comes together for “Science Night” to enjoy two hours of free, fun, hands-on science activities for children of all ages, parents, grandparents and the general public. Exhibitors come from all over the greater Santa Barbara area and include many MCS families. This year the celebrated event will take place on Thursday evening, May 2nd, from 6-8pm.

This year’s exhibitors include MOXI, the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, Wildlife Care Network, Santa Barbara Natural History Museum, The Science of Bubbles, The Reef – Mobile Touch Tanks from UCSB Marine Science, Physics Circus from UCSB, Quest Boards, Body Organs presented by Dr Wilson, It’s a Material World! from UCSB, Earthquake Simulator, Cow Eye Dissection presented by Eye & Vision Care, Montessori Center School’s own Tree Fun Facts, The Water Burger from Goleta Water District, Snakes and Reptiles, Slime Making and much more!
